1. How long does it take for Flying Monkey to respond to a support request?

Our customer service team is available to answer your questions Monday through Friday 9am – 5pm (EST). Our customer support has a lot of services inquires throughout the day and will try to get to your request as soon as possible. You can expect a response within 24 hours during business days.

Shipping & Returns

1. How is my package shipped?

Our small orders (1-5 items) will ship in all unbranded mailer bags, while large orders will come in brown cardboard boxes.
